The Greenwood Library Archives and Special Collections serve as the repository for the Farmville Prince Edward County Historical Society and the Moton Museum.

This collection, which dates from 1978 to 1997, consists of (1) piece of correspondence written by the Keysville, Virginia clerk to William Gaulding in 1978 and (52) pieces of correspondence written by Betty Tipton to William Gaulding.

This collection includes minutes of Board of Visitor Meetings, Reports of the President to the Board of Visitors, addenda, appendices and other reports to the Board and its committees. Physical copies of minutes and addenda are available though June 2013, digital copies are available after that date. This collection also includes a limited number of audio or video recordings of meetings.

Mullikin, Bonnie Ramey.

The photographic slides in this collection date from 1960-1966. The majority of the images are of Longwood College students and organizations as well as buildings on campus. Additionally there are images of churches and businesses in the Farmville area.

Brenda Nell Coleman Memorabilia 1.0 Linear Feet 1 flat box

This t-shirt, which dates from 1981, belonged to Brenda Nell Coleman. The shirt was produced for the Longwood Oktoberfest in 1981 and was modified by Coleman's fellow members of Geist with the addition of iron-on names of that years Oktoberfest Ushers and Meisters.

This collection, which dates from 1876 to 1957, consists of photographs, correspondence, ephemera, stock certificates, newspaper clippings, and four scrapbooks compiled by Hessie St. Clair Bugg.

This collection, which dates from 1884 to 1923, consists of 41 individual ledgers which contain details of accounts payable, accounts receivable, salaries, student accounts, cash records, and other business office financial records.

Carol Droessler Collection of Alice in Wonderland Memorabilia 6.08 Linear Feet 3 legal-sized Hollinger boxes, 1 bankers box, and 3 flat boxes

The collection includes memorabilia and ephemera related mostly to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, but also includes items related to Alice Through the Looking Glass. The collection also includes papers, correspondence and photos related to Carol's membership in the Lewis Carroll Society of North America.
