Other families listed include the Dorseys, Garrisons, Davidsons, Browns, Elliotts, and Harts, all of West Virginia. Types of documents in this collection include correspondence, hand-copied excerpts of genealogical, biographical, and historical texts, and hand-written notes on said texts. Most of this research was performed to verify membership into the Daughters of the American Revolution.
