- "Produced during the winter at Artists Book Works in Chicago for the 1992-93 ABW Book Residency. The illustrations were done in part at the Ragdale Foundation, Lake Forest, Illinois, during a residency in March 1992. Funding came from grants by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency, and a City Arts I grant from the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs. An edition of 70 was printed"--Colophon.
