The Marilia Sant'Anna de Almeida Architectural Collection consists of biographical information including her résumé and two magazine articles. The majority of the original materials are in Portuguese. Gisele Goldstein translated the résumé into English in 2003.
- Biographical / historical:

Marilia Sant'Anna de Almeida studied at the Urban and Architecture College, São Paulo University (USP), São Paulo, Brazil; graduating in 1972. In 1984, she completed her master's degree also at Urban and Architecture College, São Paulo University. Her early work (1978-1985) focused on several residences in Riviera Paulista and São Paulo. Later work (1987-1998) shifted to designing offices, studios and away from designing residences.
Between 1998-2000 she collaborated with Architect Paulo S. L. F. Silveira on eight Ibis hotels:
