This series contains letters, faxes and e-mails of invitations to Governor Gilmore requesting his attendance at various events and most include letters of decline to those invitations. Some of the invitations are for speaking engagement at university graduations, Republican Party fund raisers, and to movie and television premiers of projects filmed in Virginia. These records are part of accession 38990.
