A. Photographs, negatives and contact sheets, 1998-2000.

Scope and content:

Subseries A is housed in 27 boxes and includes photographic prints, negatives and contact sheets, and is arranged chronologically. Folders may contain any combination of these three formats. Most of the prints are 4 x 6, but larger images are included for some the events. Folders for October 2001 also contain compact disks. Event photographs for 1998-2000 have each been assigned an event number. The Govenor's Office began switching to digital photography in early 2001, so the majority of folders after this time only contain only contact sheets (see subseries B for compact disks with digital images).
