Scope and content:

This series consists media advisories that include news announcements sent from the Press Office to reporters, news editors and other members of the media alerting them of the Governor's public schedule of appearances, major announcements, attendance at certain events, bill signing, speeches given and radio interviews. The records also include First Lady Roxanne Gilmore's public announcements and appearances. These records are also available electronically on compact disk. (Accession 39773).
