The Morris Estates, highlighted in color on this map. No creator name appears on the map, though T. W. Tarbet may be a publisher. Additionally, the titular "Morris" has no identification apart from the geographic situatedness near Oceana, West Virginia. Map contains some specific numbers about the estates, supplying acreage, tax rate, potential profit, and nearness of railroad.
