This collection includes composite images of Longwood Fraternities and Sororities. Images are not complete and several years are missing from almost all of the sets listed.

This collection includes a variety of materials, including scrapbooks from 1933-2011, composites from 1949-2018, photographs, VHS tapes, memorabilia and membership records.

This collection contains ledgers, meeting minutes, correspondences, memoirs, letters, photos, newspapers and magazines, and programs from the Alumni Association between the years of 1950 - 2007. These materials are from events such as Board Meetings, Founders Day, and Fall and Spring council meetings.

This collection includes minutes of Board of Visitor Meetings, Reports of the President to the Board of Visitors, addenda, appendices and other reports to the Board and its committees. Physical copies of minutes and addenda are available though June 2013, digital copies are available after that date. This collection also includes a limited number of audio or video recordings of meetings.

This is a collection of print materials such as: schedules, game/player stats, weekly game reports/announcements, rosters, promotional materials, job announcements, recruitment announcements, athletic department announcements, and season programs. These document all athletics-related activities and events from 1976-1977 through 2016-2017.

This collection includes multiple different Audio Visual formats including, Audio Reel to Reel, 8mm and 16mm film reels, Betamax, Umatic, VHS, DVD, CD, MiniDVs, Audio Cassette tapes. The recordings cover a variety of University, departmental, and student events, raw footage from promotional videos and Longwood productions, such as the Longwood Show, materials related to the Rotunda fire in 2001, speeches, meetings, student life and other events on campus.

The collection includes genealogical research and notes on the Ruffner Family. As well as administrative records, newsletters and financial records of the Ruffner Family Association. in addition the collection includes correspondence, books, photographs, family bibles, and digital files related to the Ruffner Family and the Association.

The collection includes scrapbooks, composites, photographs, records, and plaques related to Longwood University's Alpha Chapter of Sigma Sigma Sigma. Items in the collection commemorate chapter events, governance, social life and general activity of the Alpha Chapter of Sigma Sigma Sigma.

This collection includes diplomas and certificates earned at the various forms of Longwood University.

This collection contains 44 tapes of 37 oral history interviews and transcripts from 29 of those interviews conducted between 1997 and 2002. The topics of the interviews cover broadly: the struggle for civil rights in Prince Edward County, school desegregation, and the closing of the public schools in Prince Edward County.
