One blue clipboard that was made by Tyler Hudgins, the newest initiate of the Kappa Pi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. in Fall 2008. Mr. Hudgins made the clipboard for his Neophyte Showing.The back of the clipboard reads "Sign Up", with the Greek letter for Sigma translated as the S, in white lettering. The blue and the writing on the back side are a gesture towards another fraternity. It is 9inx12in and is in good condition. Gift of Tyler Hudgins.

One wooden shield shaped like a crest that was created by Tyler Hudgins for his Neophyte Showing during the Fall 2008 semester. The shield is made of wood and spray painted black and gold. In the middle of the shield is 1975 (the date the chapter was founded at Williamand Mary), "Kappa Pi", Alpha Phi Alpha in Greek letters, and a triangle with a 1 in the middle of it. At the top are 7 jewels representing the 7 founders of the fraternity, the 8 stars on the left represented the 8 solos that crossed into Kappa Pi, and the 8 stars on the right are the charter members of the Kappa Pi chapter. At the bottom of the shield is the date 1906, the founding of the national organization. The back of the shield contains a black strap used as a handle. It measures 19.25in x 12in and is in good condition. Gift of Tyler Hudgins.

Steel notary seal stamp with stamp plate and case. Steel seal imprinted with "ART, POCKET SEAL, PAT. OCT. 23, 23, MADE IN U.S.A." makers mark. Round steel stamp plate reads, "ALPHA PHI ALPHA FRATERNITY, INC., KAPPA PI, 1975." Stamp measures 5 in. (length) x 2.5 in. (width) x 1.75 in. (height). Stamp plate diameter is 1.625 in. Painted wooden sign. Sign is made of three cut-out wood Greek letters Alpha, Phi, and Alpha painted in yellow and black paint and held together with hot glue. Sign measures 12 in. (length) x 8 in. 1-Aluminum medallion pin that features green and gold thread in a criss-cross wheel pattern. The back of the pin has a squeeze clasp with which the wearer can affix the pin to his or her garment. The pin is contained inside a small cubic box measuring approximately 1.125in (length x width) and 0.75in. (height). The box has a black base and a clear top. The pin measures approximately 0.375in. in diameter and is in excellent condition. Bequest of Anne Dobie Peebles, transferred from the Office of the President by Michael J. Fox. UA 2014.106.02

Souvenir metal bookmark from the dedication of the College of William and Mary Alumni Center on October 25, 1997, including the paper holder.
