Alumni Award Medallion of J. Wilfred Lambert

One bronze medallion presented to J. Wilfred Lambert by the College of William and Mary for his service and loyalty to the College. The front of the medal has a lamp at the top of the medal and a laurel wreath at the bottom. It is inscribed "Alumni Award to J. Wilfred Lambert '27 for Service and Loyalty 1960." On the reverse, there is a depiction of the Wren Building with the College Seal and the date 1693. Along the border of the reverse reads "The College of William and Mary in Virginia" and "Wise and True and Just." The medal is 2.75in. in diameter and is in good condition. Transferred from the J. Wilfred Lambert Papers (UA 6.067). Located in Dec Obj S2, SS1. UA 1994.080.4
