Bedford County Court Records, (Va.), 1845-1849. The collection contains three documents removed from Bedford County court records: an envelope, possibly from the chancery cause, Echols vs. Johnston, 1845; the deposition of David Gish, from the court case Admr. of Joseph H. Jeter vs. Admr. of William Greenwood, etc., 1847, heard in the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery for Bedford County; and a letter, 1849, with the surnames Hurst, Graves, and Johnson.

Bedford County (Va.) Deposition, 1760. Consists of the testimony of George Stovall, Jr., pertaining to Christopher Irvine's degree of satisfaction with a slave he had purchased from James Roberts, Jr.

Bedford County (Va.) Circuit Court

Bedford County (Va.) Depositions Given in the Criminal Cause, King v. Hickey, 1764. Consists of the depositions of G. Scruggs, Abednego Haile, an ordinary keeper; and William Callaway, a storekeeper. The depositions contain testimony against John Hickey and Charles Hickey, defendants charged with having counterfeit money in their possession.
