Letters, 16 March and 21 July 1835, of A. H. Hand, Princeton, New Jersey to his cousin Augustus Cornwall, Catskill, New York, giving advice on being a student and discussing the value of an education. Typescripts available.

This collection contains announcements, correspondence, programs, financial records, clippings, and bylaws for Alpha Delta Gamma, an honorary society for the Medieval and Renaissance Studies program at the College of William and Mary. Included in the accession are the bylaws for the organization; programs from the induction ceremonies; membership lists; a history of the organization at the College; and correspondence pertaining to the founding of the organization.

The records of the Alumni Association of the College of William and Mary include office files, material from select Executive Secretaries, meeting minutes, publications, correspondence, and other material documenting the activities of the William & Mary Alumni Association as well as the College of William & Mary's history and alumni more generally.

This collection contains the records of the Yorktown Branch of the Association for the Preservation of Virginia Antiquities (APVA). Included in the collection are minutes, correspondence, treasurer's records, photographs, and scrapbooks.

The records of the Board of Visitors of the College of William and Mary includes meeting minutes, financial reports, photographs, agendas, matriculation books, correspondence, material from Board of Visitors Rectors Oscar L. Shewmake and Roy Harvey Chappell, Jr., publications, and audio recordings of meetings from 1961-1999.

The collection contains materials related to Dr. Carl A. Fehr's career as a music professor as well as his direction of William and Mary's choral program, The Common Glory, the Founders summer pageants and the Williamsburg Baptist Church choir. In addition to his reflections on choral direction and discipline, the collection includes extensive materials on Dr. Fehr's professional management of the College's choral program, a series of published choral programs, a collection of choral music, his teaching notes and curricula, correspondence, professional awards and memberships, as well as his dissertation and other academic credentials. The choral program is also extensively represented in Choir and Chorus communications, activities, group photographs, scrapbooks and publicity during the years of Dr. Fehr's directorship. In addition to the regular academic year choral program, the Choir's annual spring tours, special guest appearances and national broadcast performances are documented in correspondence, news clippings, photographs, scrapbooks, and audio recordings. The audio recordings were reformatted from their original reel-to-reel audiotape and LP formats and CDs are available for purchase. This collection consists of the papers of Lieutenant C. Barrett Graham (VMI Class of 1967), including:

• Correspondence (34 items) written to his parents and other family members, primarily during his tour of duty in Vietnam (1968-1969). Graham served as a rifle platoon commander based at An Hoa (F Company, 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines) and subsequently was stationed at supply headquarters in Da Nang. Topics include patrols, general descriptions of countryside and villagers, and destroying North Vietnamese food supplies.
• Typescript Vietnam War memoirs (2016) titled "The Gong Show...Or Observations and Reminiscences about Vietnam, 1968-1969"
• Photograph album and slides taken in Vietnam

Papers of Cece Bell (W & M '92), an award-winning author and illustrator of children's books. The collection documents Bell's creative process, from initial brainstorming to finished product, and also details editing interactions between Bell, her husband Tom Angleberger (W & M '92), and others. Includes story development, illustration tests and sketches.

This collection spans the military and civilian careers of Major General C. Ernest Edgar III. Included are files (arranged chronologically) that document every significant United States Army Corps of Engineers assignment. Included is information about:

• Overseas service at Heilbronn, Germany with the 237th Engineer Battalion (1958-1961)
• Vietnam War assignments (United States Military Assistance Command Vietnam, 1965-1966)
• Commanding Officer, 577th Engineer Battalion Construction (1969-1970)
• Commander and District Engineer, Little Rock District (1975-1978)
• Other stateside assignments

The Christopher Bram papers largely encompass Bram's career as a novelist and writer but also include personal papers, audiovisual material, and artifacts. The first 12 series comprise materials relating to each of the major book length works Bram has produced during his career. Series 1 contains materials relating to Bram's first novel, which remains unpublished. Subsequent series are organized chronologically by publication date. Series 13 and 14 contain Bram's shorter works, including material related to unfinished novels, as well as screenplays, short stories, and poetry. Series 15 contains works featuring Bram, including critical articles and interviews with Bram. Series 16 consists of Bram's notebooks, which contain his ideas for novels and short stories. Series 17 contains works by friends which Bram collected and, in some cases, edited. Series 18 contains materials related to events that Bram participated in, and awards and recognition which he received. Series 19 contains materials related to Bram's teaching. Series 20 contains materials related to Bram's connection with William & Mary, including materials from his undergraduate studies at William & Mary as well as his future involvement with the college as a Writer-in-Residence. Series 21 contains materials related to the literary business, including publication agreements and royalty statements. These materials retain Bram's original order, which sorted materials by the publishers he worked with throughout his career. Series 22 contains Bram's personal papers, including materials related to his high school, Boy Scouts, military service, employment, and family. This series also includes Bram's personal diaries, which are restricted during the lifetimes of Bram and his partner. Series 23 contains Bram's correspondence. This series is organized alphabetically by correspondent. Series 24 contains photographs. Series 25 contains artifacts and ephemera. Series 26 contains audiovisual materials which have also been physically separated from the rest of the collection.
