The Robert G. Tanner papers consist of items relating to the publication of Tanner's 1976 book, "Stonewall in the Valley" (Doubleday, 1976). The papers include drafts, revisions, typescripts, galley and page proofs, and correspondence with the publisher. Also included is a chapter typescript for "The Guns of '62."

The Robert L. Vickery papers (0.5 cubic feet) consists of essays, recollections, research, sketches, and talk lectures of Robert L. Vickery from 1970 to 2010 while he was an architect and professor at the University of Virgina.

This collection contains news clippings, correspondence, and photographs about Robert Paul Carlson from 1953-2007. Carlson was a member of the William and Mary class of 1966. The bulk of the material is made up of news clippings about Carlson's involvement with preserving the history of Maine Township in Park Ridge, Illinois, where he taught Social Studies for 50 years. Also included in the papers are two DVDs, including one from a 2007 message by New York Senator Hillary Clinton about Carlson, her former high school teacher, being inducted into the Maine Township's Wall of Honor. The other DVD features two 2005 news clips from ABC 7 and WTTW in Chicago, Illinois about Carlson teaching for almost 50 years at Maine East High School. The material was arranged by Gary Weil as a gift to Paul Carlson. Weil initially presented the collection to Maine Township High School, Park Ridge, Illinois, in nomination of Paul Carlson for the school's Wall of Honor.

This collection includes papers, scores, professional files, and recordings reflecting Stewart's compositions in published and draft forms and their performances, as well as societies to which he belonged, and correspondence with colleagues. There are 9 reel-to-reel recordings of performances.

Consists of correspondence, printed matter, monographs, ephemera, photographs, and photo negatives relating to Virginia history, with an emphasis on Jamestown. There is also material related to the Matthew Whaley School in Williamsburg, Virginia, and material relating to Taylor's involvement in the Sons of the American Revolution and the Association for the Preservation of Virginia Antiquities. Includes materials related to Lady Astor, Queen Elizabeth's 1957 visit to Jamestown, and African-American Jamestown guide Sam Robinson.

Includes graded papers, clippings, and correspondence with Washington and Lee University professors during Mudd's college years. Also includes speeches given for commencements, press/broadcasting associations, emcee roles, and acceptance of awards and honors. Includes correspondence with J. Stewart Bryan III, John Updike, Sandra Day O'Connor, Walter Cronkite and Dan Rather. Includes scripts from Mudd's years at the Richmond News Leader, CBS radio and television, NBC, PBS, and THC (History Channel) television. Includes VHS tapes of commencement addresses, clips from CBS, NBC, THC and PBS (MacNeil/Lehrer News Hour), personal appearances and professionally produced tapes narrated by Mudd. Especially notable are the video series entitled Great Minds in American History, Learning in America, Inside the Presidency, and Making History with Roger Mudd. Some of the clippings and tapes were used for Mudd's journalism classes at Princeton University and Washington and Lee University. Collection also includes day by day coverage of the U. S. Congressional journey of the 1964 Civil Rights legislation.

Collection includes letters, citations, scripts of plays, photographs, slides and videos concerning Rosa Marie Fuller's teaching career and James A. Fuller's employment with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and his service with the Boy Scouts.
