This collection contains the administrative records of the Office of Greek Life of West Virginia University. This office organizes and coordinates the policies and activities of fraternities and sororities at West Virginia University. The collection includes correspondence, reports, grade statistics, membership lists, plaques, and other material. This collection is minimally processed.
Boxes 1-3 contain general administrative files for each fraternity and sorority, including membership lists, annual reports, correspondence and material pertaining to activities.
Boxes 4-7 contain constitutions and bylaws, correspondence, student grade reports, and other material. Box 4 includes a newspaper clipping regarding the exclusion of black students from fraternities, and also several reports of aggregated fraternity grade statistics compiled over multiple years.
Boxes 8-10 contain plaques.
Box 11 contains several issues of the newspaper "The Greek Letter," a publication regarding WVU Greek life (1969-1970).
