Scope and content:

Two scrapbooks of Walter Stuart, editor and publisher of the West Union Record. Clippings are from the Congressional Record and editorials from the newspaper. There are a few letters, including from John W. Davis (1942-1947), one from Henry D. Hatfield (1945), and one from Alben W. Barkley (1948).
