Ramsay, John J. Cornwell, Members of the Board, and Governors Howard M. Gore, William G. Conley and Herman G. Kump; copies of programs, speeches, and reports give information on construction of the WVU Library building; memorial program for Louis Black, Robert A. Armstrong, and Cleveland M. Seibert; a brief history of the governing bodies of WVU; inaugurations of Gov. W. G. Conley; a history of the WVU Board of Governors and an outline of the work program and organization of the Campus office of the Board, including lists of WVU items collected as a beginning of a library; and explanation of a map of WVU real estate holdings giving date of acquisition and source of gift or purchase.
