Includes various chapter and state committee reports (1964-2008); Alpha Phi newsletters (1977, 1992-2001); music (1919, 1985-1995, undated); state annual convention materials (1985-2007); and other material. Also includes biographical information on prominent member Kathryne Anne Williams (1923-2013), and diagrams showing the breakdown of West Virginia chapters.
