Abstract:
Annual reports issued to stockholders summarizing the economic status of the Wheeling Steel Corporation. Official news bulletins for management personnel entitled "Its Wheeling Steel." It is and intra-company newsletter containing reports, policy statements, recommendations, and announcements. Also a volume of the term loan and revolving credit agreement with the supplemental indenture (fifth) to the first mortgage and deed of trust. This 1967 compilation by Hale D. Fox records the credit agreements to resolve indebtedness arranged with major financial institutions such as Chase Manhattan Bank.
