The treaty of 1768 is between the Cherokees and the British Superintendent of the Affairs of the Indian Nations in the Southern District of North America, John Stuart, for the purpose of establishing boundaries between the subjects of both parties. Other items included relate to other land settlements, battle sites, and discrimination of Native Americans.
