Contents of a cornerstone, including a list of Tucker County officials, Tucker County attorneys, Board of Education officials, City of Parsons officials, names of architects, contractors and workmen employed in constructing the building, building price, and a complete list of items placed in the cornerstone; all the above are dated 1913. There are also five newspapers: Mountain State Patriot 5/28/1913, Tucker Democrat 5/29/1913, Parsons Advocate 5/29/1913 with the latter two issues containing articles on the opening of the cornerstone.
