Scope and content:

The collection consists of 9 diaries belonging to Marion Lang. The diaries detail her life in Virginia from the 1970's to the 1980's. They offer a detailed summary of daily life. The diaries consist of 5 journals and 4 spiraled notebooks.

Biographical / historical:

Marion Lang was born in Denver, Colorado on July 25, 1932. She moved to Virginia during the 1970's. She lived in Chester and Colonial Heights. In 1981, she divorced her husband, Robert Eldon Steward.
