Connie Smith was an African American woman from Roanoke, Virginia. Her father, Willie Smith, worked at the Roanoke Building Service Department. The family had members that served in the United States military.

The box contains 1 photograph album and 1 folder containing 1 loose real photograph postcard. The album itself contains family, military, stamps, and car photographs. The album also includes a photograph of the band, "The Three Little Pigs."
