The Albert E. Garrett, Jr. Scrapbook contains William & Mary ephemera including a student ticket book, women's student government handbook, Phi Mu House photograph, Williamsburg Young Peoples League Banquet card, Omicron Delta Kappa program and correspondence from W. Fred Andrews to Parke Rouse, Jr. The scrapbook was created by Albert E. Garrett Jr., an alumnus of William & Mary.
