Background

Scope and content:

This collection consists of three scrapbooks created by Ann Zimmerman Kulp, while she was an undergraduate at William & Mary and one scrapbook from her graduate school year at the University of Wisconsin. Also included is her Duc cap.

One scrapbook covers her freshman year through graduation and includes clippings, cards, invitations, event programs, ticket stubs, schedule cards, report cards, class politics ephemera, Women's Athletic Association ephemera, Rush week ephemera, W&M cheers and yells, membership cards, and her fresh ribbons.

One scrapbook covers her year studying abroad in Exeter, England (1953-1954) and includes photographs, clippings, event programs, and ticket stubs.

One scrapbook is specific to her sorority, Chi Omega, and includes handwritten text such as repeating the organization's history and listing the existing chapters as well as ephemera from Chi Omega events and clippings.

One scrapbook is from her graduate school year at the University of Wisconsin (1955-1956) and includes clippings, event programs, and other ephemera.
