Scope and content:

Two page letter to the head of a day care center from a professor of the Psychology Department at William and Mary thanking her for her willingness to allow the department to conduct cognitive tests on pupils of her school. Harcum also shared some of the results of the tests he and his colleagues, including students, performed.
