The scrapbook of Emily Calkins includes news clippings related to the College of William and Mary as well as events from throughout Virginia for the time period 1936-1942.
- Biographical / historical:

Emily Eleanor Calkins graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1927. She also attended Columbia College in Florida, 1915-1917. She was a math instructor and professor at the College of William and Mary from 1927 to 1961.
