Manuscript of chronological events in the early life of Charles Stewart Todd. Possibly autobiographical. Begins with 1) birthday on January 22, 1791 and ends with 30) at Bogota, Capital of the Republic of Columbia in 1823.

Biographical / historical:

Charles Stewart Todd was born near Danville, Ky. He was a graduate of the College of William and Mary. He studied law under his father in Washington, D. C. and at Litchfield, Connecticut. Todd served as diplomatic agent to Colombia and as minister to Russia. He graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1809.
