Letters to W. H. E. Morecock while he was the Secretary to the Board of Visitors at the College of William & Mary. Letters are mostly from board members, often newly elected members. January 10, 1890 letter from Lyon G. Tyler about an expenditure in 1888 and 1889. Ledger sheets "Statements of... checks received of W.H.E. Morecock... College of Wm & Mary... drawn by him on Planter's National Bank" Richmond..." with a list of names, dates and amount deposited, 1888-89.
