    <head>Biographical Information:</head>
<p>William H. E. Morecock was treasurer and secretary to the Board of Visitors of the College of William and Mary, beginning in 1888.</p><p> He was a 1st Lieutenant, then Major, in the 32nd Volunteer Virginia Regiment, Co. C.</p><p> From 1873 to 1882, he was chairman of the Williamsburg School Board.
