One letter, April 5, 1888, from Amelie Rives Troubetzkoy, " Castle Hill, " Cobham, Virginia, to "My dear Mr. Hall," referring to her ill health, saying that she is glad he liked her "poor Virginia" ( Virginia of Virginia, 1888 ?), and sending her autograph and best wishes.
