Scope and content:

[Mentions a lecture tour in the southern states, working for the Panama-Pacific Exposition Committee, her gifted husband's book of verse, and her own wish to model Markham's face having done Joaquin Miller. ]

[Regrets to decline a speaking engagement for her teachers on April 30th but hopes to give them a talk and reading in the future. Refers to his Hoe and Lincoln poems and asks if she would like fine printed copies of each for her walls.]
