D. M. Henkel letter to his cousin, Samuel G. Henkle, February 5, 1841, 0.03 cubic feet, printed in ink and sends news of D. M. Henkel's father's death.
- Biographical / historical:

D. M. Henkel of Somerset,Ohio who compiled genealogy and authored a Henkel Memorial wrote a letter to his cousin Samuel G. Henkel(1807-1863) who lived in New Market, Shenandoah County, Virginia, and was the son of Solomon David Henkle, informing him of D. M. Henkel's father's death. Samuel Henkle continued the Henkel Press after his own father's death.
