Ledgers and supporting documents such as a letter from Radford President John P. McConnell indicating provenance of ledger book and a letter appointing James Zoll, McClanahan Ingles and W. F. Palmer to repair a bridge over the Little River, assorted envelopes, scraps of paper,receipts and various copies of original documents from a store owned by James Zoll are present in this collection. That store was at or near the site of Ingles Ferry near Radford, and operated c. 1850-1870s.
