Includes a follow-up receipt from Washington on 9 April 1766 outlining payment of 25 pounds in Virginia currency for the use of the bricklayer and acknowledgement of payment received by Geo. Turberville (signed) for Lettice Corbin. Autograph document signed, 1 page, with integral cover. Docketed in the hand of George Washington.
