Background

Scope and content:

This collection consists of three 1920s era color postcards. One is dated 1937, but the other two are undated. The 1937 card has an image of the Yorktown Monument in Yorktown, Virginia and an image of the Natural Bridge, as well as a poem titled 'Virginia.' It has a message on the back of the card to a Mr. and Mrs. Dowd from Finch. The other two cards contain no messages, but both have images of the Natural Bridge and poems titled respectively 'In Old Virginia' by B. B. Valentine and 'Down in Virginia' by W. D. Mc.
