Background
- Scope and content:
-
This record group contains the official publications of the Lenfest Center and records of the center's administration.
Series 1 consists of programs received by WLU Special Collections begining in 1988. The materials are arranged chronologically. Please note that Series 2 is a more complete run of Lenfest programs arranged chronologically by subject.
Series 2 consists of three boxes of Lenfest Center and Wilson Hall event programs collected and arranged by Betty Hickox, administrative assistant in the WLU Fine Arts Dept. This is the most thorough compilation of programs. It likely includes programs for events held in Lenfest but not sponsored by Lenfest.
- Arrangement:
-
The compilation has been arranged chronologically by event including Washington and Lee student and faculty performances as well as those by outside performers.
