Scope and content:

This collection contains five certificates of distinction awarded to Robert H. Fleming by the faculty of Washington College, now Washington and Lee University. They were awarded for study in mathematics, Latin/Greek/math, Greek, Latin, and English. They're dated June 18, 1868 and June 24, 1869.

Robert H. Fleming graduated with a B.A. from Washington and Lee University in 1871.
