Scope and content:

A small collection of vintage amateur film (1930's-1940's) showing cadet life of those eras. Also miscelleous VMI - related film titles.

16mm amateur films from cadetship of James H. Culpepper, Jr., Class of 1936.

16 mm film reels shot at VMI by Cadet Newland Baldwin, Jr. around 1937.

8mm and 16mm reels shot at VMI during cadetship of William G. Wood, Class of 1941. Shows cavalry drill, marching, barracks and other aspects of cadet life.

Reels labeled: Rat resurrection, 2/3 Feb. 1963; VMI-U Tenn. Meet, 7 Jan 1963; VMI Winter relays, 7 Feb. 1963; VMI Vs. Citadel, 7 April 1963; VMI Track; VMI vs. W&M, UVA, 25 April 1963.
