This collection consists of one scrapbook compiled by Francis E. Beeton. The scrapbook includes photographs taken in 1909 during his VMI cadetship and clippings from the 1940s and 1950s that trace the career of George C. Marshall and other notable VMI alumni.
- Biographical / historical:

Francis Emerson Beeton was born in 1890 in Lexington, Virginia. He graduated VMI in 1912 and went on to become a post office supervisor. He died in 1981 in Falls Church, Virginia.
