Background
- Scope and content:
-
One bound photograph album primarily comprising black-and-white photographs of students and activities at Linville-Edom School in Rockingham County, Virginia. The photograph album is attributed to Priscilla Blosser-Rainey (née Beard). A front page of the album is inscribed "Priscilla's" and several photographs in the album are identified as Priscilla Beard.
Photographs include the 1936 1st Grade Class with a partial list of student names, May Day celebrations, a baseball team, and individual student class pictures. Other photographs do not explicitly relate to Linville-Edom School, but rather Priscilla Beard's friends, family, and social activities outside of school. These include candid individual and group shots, pets, and Massanetta Springs. Many of the photographs are identified.
A brochure for the June 19, 1993 Linville-Edom High School Reunion is loose in the back of the album.
