Scope and content:

An artificially compiled collection comprising assorted pieces of printed political ephemera for Rockingham County including candidacy announcements for Charles T. O'Ferrall, I. Frank Branner, Levi S. Byrd, Joseph T. Logan; a list of candidates for the May 25, 1893 election; a blank oath; and blank voter registration applications.

Includes a January 19, 1861 letter concerning a conflict between an upcoming election day and court day.
