Abstract:
Donna Robertson has served as the dean of Tulane University's School of Architecture and the Dean of the Illinois Institute of Technology, College of Architecture. She received a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Virginia School of Architecture in 1978. The collection consists of her ink and pencil drawings, and a plan as well as an exterior elevation of the Bessie Smith Memorial Dance Hall.

Biographical / historical:

Donna Robertson has served as the dean of Tulane University's School of Architecture and the Dean of the Illinois Institute of Technology, College of Architecture. Robertson has also taught at numerous universities including Barnard College and Harvard University.

Robertson's Architectural firm, Robertson McAnulty Architects, has completed projects in New York City, New Orleans, Chicago, renovated and restored the Loring House, a Richard Neutra house in Los Angeles.

Robertson received her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Virginia School of Architecture in 1978, and an undergraduate degree in English from Stanford University.
