Background
- Scope and content:
-
A rust-colored sabre made of metal and wood. Right below the handle is a ring, presumably it would have connected to a carrying strap. The handle grip is made of wood that has begun to chip away. The handle has a criss-crossing diamond pattern. The end of the sabre is marked witht the numbers " 188718." The condition is fair, the only visible damage being on the wooden handle.
