Background

Scope and content:

This collection includes three banners. A maroon banner with VT seal in the center in maroon and white, orange banner with VT seal in center in maroon and white, and yellow banner with VT seal in center in maroon and white. All are in good condition, minor stains most visible on the orange banner.
