Background

Scope and content:

The collection consists of three fabric swatches. Two of the swatches are about three inches wide and ten inches long. The other swatch is about four inches wide and eight inches long. All three swatches are the same navy blue fabric with rough cut edges. The two identical strips have a tag that reads "9054" while the other strip's tag reads "9046 259 55 1c." The collection is in good condition.

Acquisition information:
The collection was acquired by Special Collection and University Archives prior to 2015.
Processing information:

The processing, arrangement, and description of the VPI Corps of Cadets Fabric Swatches was completed in June 2025.
