The Cotton Fabrics First Year Lecture Notebook was J.H. Hodgkinson's notebook from 1905-1906 for class at Manchester Municipal School of Technology. The notebook contains pages that on one side are labeled with Home Exercises or Lecture Notes and a space to put the date. The other side of each page is Hodgkinson's notes about cotton fabrics. There are also graph paper inserts that have cloth patterns drawn on them. Included in the book are also fabric samples.
