Scope and content:

The collection contains a summons to the sheriff of Bland County for the Wytheville Telephone Company for trespassing on the property of R. C. Green. The summons was issued in Bland County on November 23, 1889 for a court appearance on the first Monday in December of the same year. Green appeared to be suing for $5000 in damages.
