Virginia Author Files include articles and clippings, history and biography sheet, and other research materials.

Biographical / historical:

The Virginia Center for the Book is a non-profit organization affiliated with the Center for the Book at the Library of Congress, Washington, D.C. The Center's mission is to create a greater awareness of books, reading, and the literary heritage of Virginia. The Center was initially located at the Library of Virginia in 1987, and is now part of the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities.
