Official map number one of Victoria, VA, Lunenburg Co., compiled and drawn by A. D. Kaylor, January 20, 1915. Revised and traced by C. L. Smith, April 27, 1926. Shows town of Victoria, Virginia, from 15th Street and Bragg estate, to county road to Kenbridge; Forest Avenue to Lunenburg Lumber Company land. Includes streets, lot numbers, railroad tracks and roundhouse, cemeteries, schools, and some landowner names.

Biographical / historical:

Lunenburg County was named for George II, duke of Brunswick-Luneburg, a German possession of the Hanoverian kings of England. It was formed from Brunswick County in 1745.
